Hi, I’m Rima! I'm a fourth-year Marketing student at Washington State University with a passion for digital marketing, brand strategy, and understanding what influences consumer decisions. Through my experiences in marketing, sales, and e-commerce, I’ve enjoyed seeing how creative ideas and strong strategies can shape the way people connect with a brand. I created this portfolio to share more about who I am, my experiences, and the work I’ve done as I continue to grow in the marketing field.

As a Marketing Intern at Harper | Hayes PLLC, I worked directly with the Marketing Director to support digital marketing and business development initiatives. I assisted with website updates, social media content, and digital materials while helping maintain a consistent brand presence. I also conducted competitor and industry research to identify trends and opportunities, giving me hands-on experience with how marketing supports a professional services firm.

At Seattle Yacht Club, I have gained valuable experience in customer service, sales, and creating a positive brand experience. I assist members with their needs, sell branded merchandise, maintain product displays, and help customers with purchasing decisions. This role has strengthened my ability to understand customer needs, build relationships, and see how service and presentation contribute to the overall customer experience.

At Hayeks Leather Furniture, I have gained hands-on experience in sales, e-commerce, consumer behavior, and brand presentation. I work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through purchasing decisions while also managing website content, product information, imagery, and online merchandising.
